​Fergie’s yoga session is combined with the technique of breathing integrated with Himalayan sound and mindfulness. Uplifting mood before and during the session; after the session you will feel more connected with your body, together to calm your thoughts and be more mindful. This practice will help improve flexibility, build muscle strength and boost up your immune system. These yoga poses will help you to breathe fewer breaths of greater volume, which is both more efficient for your lungs and more calming for your mind.

The difference between Mindful Yoga and the wide variety of yoga practices out there is that with Mindful Yoga, the main focus is on mind-body awareness, as opposed to alignment details and the exact physical posture. Bringing mindful awareness to any physical activity creates an alert focus to whatever you are doing in that exact moment, thereby transforming the movement into a form of meditation

Mindful yoga is a type of yoga most often practiced before meditation. Just as there are certain poses that stretch and/or strengthen your body, and poses that give you energy, there are also poses that prepare your body for meditation. These mindful yoga poses are purposefully simple, as they help to slow down your breath as well as your body, quiet the mind, and of course, heighten your awareness.


This type of yoga pose will help you breathe fewer breath of greater volume which both calming and more efficient which give you lung room to breathe.

Sound Healing

A singing bowl is a type of bell that vibrates and produce deep tone and vibrates when played. Most singing bowl are made from a bronze alloy, of either copper, zinc, iron, silver, gold or nickel.


They have been crafted in most south east Asians countries (Nepal, India, and japan) and been widely by with the monk.

Singing bowls invite the mind and body into a tranquil state of being. In which a remarkable healing can occur within our body.

How does it work ?


Every living cells has a natural frequency of its own and cell communicate through both chemical and vibration exchange. When we are sick our body is in imbalance state of frequency therefore, with the sound of the Tibetan bowl help created the vibration frequency of a body as a whole. The sound helps body to return into its natural state of balance. 

A sound bath is a meditation, we are able to feel the vibrations flowing through our body and get into a deep, relaxed state, almost like a trance. You are actually being cleansed with the sound. 


Each bowl is tuned to a different chakra, or energy center. When these bowls resonate with your chakras, they cleanse, they clear, they open you up, and they move energy through your body and bring you into a state of vibrational harmony.

Reiki Treatment

Reiki Private Session

Reiki is a Japanese word which is split up into two syllables. The first syllable, Rei, means spirit aura or subtle energy. The second syllable, Ki, means energy or power. In China they call this energy Qi, and in India it's usually called Prana. In English we call it life force or divine energy.

Reiki is a form of alternative therapy commonly referred to as energy healing. It emerged in Japan in the late 1922 by Dr. Mikao Usi and is said to involve the transfer of universal energy from the practitioner’s palms to their patient.

Reiki practitioners believe that improving the flow of energy around the body can enable relaxation, relieve pain, speed healing, and reduce other symptoms of illness.

People also refer to Reiki as palm healing or hands-on healing.

What happens in a Reiki session?

The practitioner will then place their hands lightly on or over specific areas of the client’s head, limbs, and torso. They will typically keep their hands in these positions around 3 - 10 minutes. 

The practitioner will hold their hands lightly on or over the body, an energy transfer takes place. During this time, the practitioner may report that their hands feel warm or are tingling. They will hold each hand position until they sense that the energy has stopped flowing.

When the practitioner feels that the heat, or energy, in their hands has gone, they will remove their hands and place them over a different body area.

During a Reiki session, crystals, sound and aromatherapy will be used to naturally enhance and encourage the balance and healing of the body’s chakra energetic system. Chakras are body energy centers and crystals used at different chakra points will enliven and balance each chakra. The combination of Reiki and crystal chakra balancing is a powerful ancient method for spiritual development and self-healing of body, mind and soul.

Healthy Dietary

Nutritional consulting services include a holistic wellness approach which incorporates the mind, body & spirit. A comprehensive study will be taken to establish a customized plan for each individual patient.  A specific plan takes into account each client’s weight goals, blood type, personal food preferences, overall health and particular medical conditions

Every package includes one 60 minutes initial consultation and 6 biweekly 45 minutes follow up sessions, spread out over the course of 12 weeks.

1- 6 months package 

The client will receive a unique PDF set of diet, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations and personalized recipes and eating guidelines to help incorporate the suggestions. Ongoing support between each session to ensure results are obtained.

Fergie’s meditation session combines breathing techniques integrated with the soft sounds of singing bowls; focusing and drawing the guest back to be in the present moment. This meditation session involves deep breathing and heightening one’s awareness of body and mind. During the session they will feel a strong sense of calm and relaxation, both mentally and physically. Fergie will also help to guide the guest on slowing down their thoughts and letting go of any anxiety or negativity.
